For your info:- I found you by googling and looked at three or four others, but the combination of the LA background, family business, and informative user-friendly web site put ou ahead, the prompt delivery reinforced it, and todays immediate advice just about caps it all. I am writing to congratulate you on your excellent service. We are having several new carpets laid. Yesterday at about 3pm the carpet layer was removing the old carpet from the sitting room and discovered signs of Woolly Bear beetle. A search through Google at 3.15pm identified your extremely clear website and I ordered two bottles of treatment spray at about 3.40pm. As this was after your 3pm deadline (in itself a stiff target) I did not expect to get the spray until Saturday, after the carpet laying was planned to be completed. At 8.15 this morning the two bootles of spray arrived and I have now treated the whole of the bare sitting room floor and this will have dried off enough so that the carpet layer can resume work as planned at 2pm today. I phoned last Friday to say that my outdoor pest controller, just arrived, would not work. You told me that it had been tested and that the trouble was probably with the transformer. A new transformer arrived by post on Saturday morning, and with this set up, it works perfectly. I would just like to record my thanks for the impressively good service.

I just wanted to send a quick mail and say 'thanks' and how impressed I am with the fumigators - they worked like a dream! It was with a little trepidation I set them off on Saturday - wondering if I was about to burn my house down - but they were great - within 10 minutes, swarms of cluster flies were coming out from under the end barn gable sofet board and well... 'dropping like flies!'. And on going back into the property twelve hours later all was just as I'd left it - apart from a lounge carpet full of flies to be hoovered up! So at last, after several attempts, having had 'the experts' in who said nothing could be done as I have open roof beams (it being a barn conversion) I think I may have finally got the blighters! I cannot thank you and your organisation enough for the assistance you have given to myself and my wife in solving the problems that we encountered shortly after the purchase of our prperty which was, un-beknown to us, infested to say the least.
