Delivery Information
Please note:

1. We are unable to despatch on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays

2. Although we offer a Next Day delivery service there is no 100% Guarantee that your order will be delivered next day. We promise to send your parcel either by Next Day Courier or Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. These services are usually very reliable but outside factors sometimes cause delay. Over 97% of our Next Day deliveries arrive next working day (Sat/Sun & Bank Holiday are not considered a working day by the couriers).

3. Customers in Scottish rural areas should expect a two day delivery (sorry for that!)

POST Many items cannot go by post. Insecticides, rodenticides and heavy items. You will only be given an option to send by post if the selected item qualifies.

Post = £3.53 inc.

Small Courier Parcel = £5.88 inc.

Most of our products come under this carriage charge.

Large/Heavy Courier Parcel =£7.05 inc.

5 Litre containers and large/heavy items are included here.

PLEASE NOTE:

Post items are on 2/3 day delivery but we do send on 1st Class Signed for delivery which you can collect from your local sorting office if you are out at time of delivery. Posted items cannot be left safe.

Courier Items next working day except rural areas of Scotland and Islands, where delivery is two day.. If you order by 3pm Monday -Friday your item will be despatched for next working day delivery.
