Oa2ki is a brand being developed by Barrettine and this innovative "Powder in a Can" product, released in 2011, is truly amazing. A non toxic Bed Bug killer in an aerosol can.

This product contains Diatomaceous Earth, a naturally occuring insect killer ( fossilised single cell plants) that break down the insect's waxy outer protective coat. This results in the rapid dehydration of the insect and death within a few days.

Apply to any areas where the Bed Bugs are known to be active. the aerosol will initially leave a wet surface but this will dry, leaving just the sandy coloured dust/powder on the treated surface. This can be brushed off once the insect problem has subsided. The product remains active all the while it remains in place and dry, not like insecticides, that reduce in efficacy over time.

Apply to bed frames, inside divan bases and onn the base of divans, in and behind bedside cabinets, around skirtings, in fact, anywhere that bed bugs have been encountered or are Bed Bugs are suspecte of being active.

Please spot test soft furnishings prior to applying to large areas, just in case the item is not colourfast.

Asthma sufferers should not use this product without using a mask, available below.

This product can be used safely indoors.
