Ants are now an all year round problem, black garden ants are the number one culprit and in summer these can cause problems outdoors too. Pay attention to checking outside when you experience ants indoors as, other than Pharoahs Ants, nearly all ants nest outside the home. Getting the nest must be your priority, as you will probably experience a recurrent ant infestation if you don't kill the nest. Baits are best for this as Ants will take bait to the nest and feed to the larvae. Ant baits can be very effective and should be used before spraying with insecticide.
