Silexene is a specially produced emulsion paint with factory added fungicide to prevent Black Mould.

Brilliant White and Magnolia available.

Remove non-washable and loose materials such as distemper, grease, dirt mould or wallpaper. Make good any rough surface and rub down to a smooth finish.

Clean affected surfaces thoroughly using Dentolite anti-fungal solution. Allow to dry completely then apply 1 coat (which can be thinned with water) of Silexene Emulsion, allow to dry then apply a second coat.

Wear synthetic rubber or pvc gloves and coveralls when applying.

Product is guaranteed by the manufacturers for 5 years mould protection.
