COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We will respond to all complaints within 3 working days.

We undertake to provide a confidential complaint handling procedure.

We will provide a satisfactory solution to the complaint within 5 working days from receipt of the complaint.

We undertake to keep you fully informed of the progress of your complaint by giving a timescale for the expected satisfactory conclusion plus a daily update (Monday to Friday) either by telephone, by e-mail or by facsimile.

We undertake to maintain monitored records of all complaints and to investigate and implement ways of reducing or eliminating such complaints.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. We guarantee to provide you with suitable products to deal with the pests suggested based on our 30 years of experience in pesticide useage, however, we have no control over the end user application of the products and therefore cannot offer any firm guarantee of efficacy of products supplied, subject to the PestClear 2000/3000 items mentioned below

Electrical products carry a minimum 1 year Manufacturers Guarantee: Pestclear 2000 and Pestclear 3000 Professional carry a 30 day money back guarantee that they will clear your pest problem and a two year manufacturer warranty against product failure.

We do not use any customer information for any other purpose than to fulfil their requests for products or services from our company.

We do not forward any customer details to any third party. Any printouts of sensitive customer information, including credit/debit card printouts are securely shredded every 6-8 months depending on throughput.

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam)

Returns Policy We will accept returns providing they have been handled with reasonable care and we would appreciate the return of the original packaging.

We accept return of faulty/substituted/unsuitable for purpose goods and will refund the cost and pay the return carriage on same via our chosen carrier (customer must contact us for details of how we wish the goods returned). This does not include the cost of returning goods where the customer has changed their mind, in this case the customer must return the goods to us at their own cost within 14 days or receipt.
