Make a Return
We will accept returns providing they have been handled with reasonable care and we would appreciate the return of the original packaging.
On items we get in as a special order (items not listed on our website) are non-refundable, unless they are faulty.
We accept return of faulty/substituted/unsuitable for purpose goods and will refund the cost and pay the return carriage on same via our chosen carrier (customer must contact us for details of how we wish the goods returned). This does not include the cost of returning goods where the customer has changed their mind, in this case the customer must return the goods to us at their own cost within 14 days or receipt.
