Don’t just mask the odour – neutralise it permanently, naturally, with this pleasant scent of fresh linen.
This product works well to make those bad smells disappear. Pets, rubbish, smoke, but especially effective against dead rodents – all submit to the power of ONA odour neutraliser. This odour neutraliser is a powerful scientifically advanced blend of 32 essential oils. It is non toxic, environmentally friendly and safe to use around people pets and plants.
Once the ONA Gel is exposed to atmosphere the ONA particles disperse through natural evaporation and any odourous molecules they come into contact with will be neutralised. Unlike air fresheners, this is not a masking agent but a neutralisation agent.
Don’t be fooled by imitations that are appearing in the market. This is the undisputed and original odour neutralising agent, serving the hydroponics industry since 1995.

Instructions for Use:
The simplest way to use ONA gel is to shake tub then remove the lid and leave it around the infected area to naturally evaporate and disperse through the air, occasionally shaking the jar to agitate up the contents, based on if you only have one area that needs treatment.
However if there is a large area that needs to be neutralised then you will need a way to disperse the gel further throughout the affected area. Dividing into a smaller vessel and left until it has evaporated and topping up with more gel as required.

SHIPPING TERMS

1. Although we offer a Next Day delivery there is not a 100% Guarantee that your order will be delivered next day, we always despatch on time but couriers don’t always deliver. We cannot offer any refunds if it is a day late.

2. In the unusual event where delivery is repeatedly refused or no effort is made to accept delivery, we reserve the right to pass delivery and return courier costs to the customer.

3. Orders despatched on Friday will not be delivered on Saturday unless the Saturday delivery option is selected at checkout.

4. Back orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

5. Royal Mail 2nd class deliveries may take over 5 days at busy times. We have to allow up to 14 days for the order to be delivered before we can resend or refund to declare it as lost.

6. Our leave safe policy is at the responsibility of the homeowner if a specific place has been given and delivered to, should it be stolen. If we have chosen to leave safe and not been instructed to by our customer, then we take responsibility should it be stolen.
