Returns & Refunds Policy

Make a Return

We will accept returns providing they have been handled with reasonable care and we would appreciate the return of the original packaging.

On items we get in as a special order (items not listed on our website) are non-refundable, unless they are faulty.

We accept return of faulty/substituted/unsuitable for purpose goods and will refund the cost and pay the return carriage via our chosen carrier (customer must contact us for details of how we wish the goods returned). This does not include the cost of returning goods where the customer has changed their mind, in this case the customer must return the goods to us at their own cost within 14 days or receipt.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
