•  Hantavirus can lead to haemorrhagic fever in humans and is believed to be contracted by contact with or inhalation of dust from rodent droppings or urine.

This product is used for either spray application to surfaces where rodents have been active or for hand wiping contaminated items.
For application to kill bacteria, fungi, protozoa and viral organisms associated with diseases transferred by pest rodents to humans.

Salmonella spp can survive in rat faeces for up to 86 days

E. coli has been recovered from rodent faeces for over 36 weeks

Rodents are implicated in the transfer of pathogenic micro-organisms including Leptsospirosis (Weil’s Disease), salmonella and Hantavirus.

Dilute 100ml to 5 litres of water for spraying general areas or 1-10 for spraying rodent droppings, nests etc.

Disinfection with PX-Muro in areas of rodent activity protects the health and safety of humans and animals, by reducing the risk of contracting rodent borne diseases.
Can also be used to disinfect PPE after working in areas where rodents are active. Dilute 1-10 for this purpose and either spray or wipe over potentially infected items.
