This highly effective, eco-friendly, easy to use solution for proofing doors, gates, fencing etc against Rats, Mice and other pests. This seal has been thoroughly tested to withstand persistant attacks from rodents trying to gain access into buildings. Made from highly durable  flame retardant Santoprene material, which has the added benefit of 1mm steel wires running through the length of the strip. The seal can be fixed using flat headed screws and an adhesive sealant. If required, a protection strip can be fitted with wood, Aluminium, Plastic or Stainless Steel.

Fitting: Video below (link) shows the strip can be fitted by using double sided sticky tape to hold into place, then fix with wood, steel or hard PVC.
